At Totti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Refund and Returns policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on most products within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The product must not be a final sale or customized item.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you selected cash on delivery, we will arrange a refund via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (if available). To request an exchange:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your product.
Follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or opened products (perfumes, cosmetics, etc.)
Final sale or discounted items
Custom-designed or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your product). We will offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.
